You don't have to talk about the taste, it's well known. So it's about the rest of it. The staff is friendly, but either overwhelmed or unmotivated. 3 times within 3 months. 2 times the wrong or incomplete food and 2 times none !! Napkins included. Neither with the kids bag nor with the mc rip menu. And thanks to currently only mc drive, it is much too late to turn back and solve the problem ... In so far as the tip, check it before you continue, the following have to wait. Maybe the management will still learn.

I didn't have to queue at McDrive although all the other Mc Donalds nearby have long queues in front of their drives because of Corona.

Emergency painter MC Donalds. But an important tip: Always check the goods for completeness, unfortunately I often have the bad luck that something is missing. I get it on request without a problem, but it's still annoying.

I had the pleasure of waiting for the longest time in my life at the drive counter in mid-October. It took no less than 43 minutes until I could finally leave the drive switch with food. The staff was slow, unqualified and cheeky. Bad McDonalds.

Good service. Great food as expected. Drive through quick even with multiple filet o fish.

Tragedy. They wrapped each other with warning tape and neither drive in nor out. Service not interested in the customer. I don't know - they serve each other?

Regardless of when something is missing, be it sauce, fries or nuggets. Now i'm hangry so thanks for nothing.

Unfortunately disappointment because not everything that was ordered was in the bag. The real shame is the receipt has not been enclosed. Which could be explained if there had been a lot of activity at the Drievinn. I think 6 vehicles in total.

Due to the pandemic, only the McDrive is open. It gets pretty crowded in the evening, you should allow 20 minutes extra. Otherwise it goes pretty quickly after the order.

We were only 2 people for breakfast ... No other guests were there ... The staff and the shift supervisor seemed a bit overwhelmed ... Ordered at the kiosk ... No receipts came out ... But they wanted / needed. .. Shift supervisor didn't get it through the till either ... So I had to do without the receipts ... Then we got the wrong drinks and muffins were a bit cold, or the egg was not that fresh anymore ...

We were very insecure, the doors were locked. Feeling good is different. The fries were tasty anyway.

We have to check every time that everything is included. The two stars are there for it is reasonably clean, the staff can be nice and the food is okay. I definitely liked it there better in the past.

The food is - as always - very tasty. Today we used the order terminal and unfortunately had to wait 55 minutes for our food. Not so great with children. We will certainly no longer order via the terminal in the future.

Multiple completely overwhelmed staff. Customers who sometimes wait up to 45 minutes for their orders. Drinks and ice cream are prepared several times and left standing.

I don't know what can be made worse. Our chicken nuggets were ICE cold, when we complained about 2 x 6 nuggets, we were more than impudently explained that everything is freshly made and it can't be. After several snappy answers and rolling eyes, the branch manager, we actually only got 1 new packet of nuggets. Well, congratulations for the worst customer service I've ever had.
